    Features

    Zippy Spacers

    The spacers are made in-house from a rubbery, shatter-proof polyurethane. They feature positive "sawtooth" jimping and an adjustable weight system to enable your Stitch to flip great with the stock Kukri blade, as well as Replicant and Kraken blades.

    • Positive "sawtooth" jimping for extra grip and comfort.
    • Adjustable Balance:Each Zippy spacer holds up to 5x tungsten weights, which enable you to fine tune the Stitch balance profile to your preference, no matter which blade you are running. Each spacer weights 0.039 oz empty, or up to 0.146 oz with all 5x tungsten weights installed.

    Zippy Handle Inlays

    Customize your Bxndxge Stitch with different colors, or add additional handle inlays to conceal the spacers/weights visible through the bottom "X" handle cutouts. These cosmetic inlays are made in-house from a rubbery, shatter-proof polyurethane.

    • Included with each Stitch handle order are 4x inlays (enough to fill either the middle, or the bottom cutouts). To fill every cutout, you will need 8x inlays.
    • Conceal the spacers and weight system by installing these inlays in the bottom "X" cutout, or change the color of the stock handle inlays in middle "X" cutout.
    • All 4x inlays weighs 0.08 oz; there is no observed impact on balance.
    • Pop in with your thumb, and can be removed (carefully) with a plastic-coated paperclip (to prevent scratching the Ti).

    Recommended balance configurations:

    Stock Kukri Blade (0.1228 oz)

    • 0x weights: quite neutral.
    • 1x weight: fairly neutral.
    • 2x weights: Very light handle bias.
    • 3x weights: Moderate handle bias.
    • 4x+ weights Very handle biased, only a handful of users will opt for this balance.

    BRS Replicant Tanto Blade (1.571 oz)

    • 0x weights: Very blade biased.
    • 1x weight: Very blade biased.
    • 2x weights: Blade biased.
    • 3x weights: Dead neutral, possible hint of blade bias.
    • 4x weights: Fairly neutral, hint of handle bias.
    • 5x weights: Slight handle bias.

    BRS Replicant Alt Blade (1.494 oz)

    • I have not yet tested the balance in this configuration. Being 0.077 oz less than the Tanto rep, I believe the balance will be shifted to the handles by 1-2x tungsten weights per spacer (e.g., use 1-2x fewer tungsten weights per spacer compared to Tanto for comparable balance profile).

    Squid Industries Bowie (1.314 oz) and Tanto (1.264 oz) Blades

    • 0x weights: quite neutral.
    • 1x weight: fairly neutral.
    • 2x weights: Light handle bias.
    • 3x weights: Moderate handle bias.
    • 4x+ weights: Very handle biased, only a handful of users will opt for this balance.

    Amazing modification, Must try!

    These are the Bxandage titanium milled sandwich replacement handles that fit a Squid Industries Krake Raken V2 blade. Wow, it works and flows beautifully, once you find the weight distribution you prefer. I used it on an inked tanto blade, with 4 of the 5 ball weights included: Total weight 4.0 oz. with one set of Zippy purple X inserts.I might just remove the inserts though, as I might be liking the plain titanium look with spacers. You must try. It works smoothly and has hidden zen pins on the Kraken application.

    Unique and really good

    I was lucky enough to snag one from his last drop. It's very very neutral with no weights and even 2 weights feel neutral and requires more energy to get movements smooth. I prefer 3 weights, tad handle bias but that helps carry the momentum well, especially cause the stitch handles are LONG. A tad longer than machinewise handles lol. Overall it's slowly becoming one of my favorite daily flippers.

    I have a complete Stitch and I love it. The handles being compatible with Krakens and Reps is really cool and gives you a lot of options for how to use them. Plus they come with the best spacers out there.

    Stitch

    I snagged a stitch from the first drop and it's been amazing. Stitch handles on the stitch recurve blade felt amazing to flip. Handles feel long but feels real good when flipping. The zippy ends give the stitch some very good jimping and the adjustable weights helps for changing up the balance. Especially when changing up the blades. It's very easy to change from kraken to reps. I've tried bowies, tantos, kraken reblades from maikuro, to many rep blades. The thing that makes this shine is how versatile it is.

    Zippy ships international, but the buyer accepts the risk for lost, damaged, or seized packages-it is the customer's responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations when importing and using this product. It is the customer's responsibilities to be aware of all import requirements when ordering, including but not limited to paying customs/import/duty fees. All international customers: it is your responsibility to looking up your country's customs requirements when you order to ensure you are in compliance, and interface with your country's customs and pay all associated fees if necessary.

    For EU customers, be advised that customs will apply a VAT fee of approximately 30€ for importing products that exceed 100€. This is subject to change depending on up-to-date EU regulations; it is the customer's responsibility to verify this at the time of your purchase.

    My package hasn't arrived, or my package is lost; what should I do?

    Noooooo! Don't panic yet. So far I've never actually had a package get lost in the mail, although delays with USPS aren't unheard of, especially if the shipping is international. If you're a US-customer and your package is lost in the mail, appears lost in the mail, or was marked delivered but wasn't actually delivered, call the USPS immediately (1-800-275-8777)**. The faster they get on the case, the more likely you'll reach a timely resolution and get your Zippy ASAP. You can email me about it, but once I ship it out, I don't have access to any additional information that you don't--I'm just going to refer you to call the shipping carrier for resolution.

    **Some tips when calling USPS:
    (1) Do not use speakerphone, as this will confuse the automated system.
    (2) From the automated menu, say "Package," and follow the prompts with your tracking number.
    (3) When it offers "visual mode," I recommend you use it. It's faster and more streamlined.
    (4) At the end of the automated system which will track your (delayed) package, say "agent" or "representative" so you can speak to an agent and explain the issue.
    (5) Sometimes they only allow the sender to open an investigation. If that's the case, shoot me an email asking for the shipping label, and then use the return address information on the shipping label to provide the sender information.

    If you are an international customer and your package hasn't arrived yet, contact your local postal service that interfaces with USPS to evaluate the situation--worst case scenario you may need to reach out to customs to see if your package made it through or was seized. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations when importing my products.

    Hopefully your package is just delayed (this has always been the case historically when a package appears lost), but if it is actually lost in the mail, I'm very sorry. Believe it or not, it's just as heartbreaking for me as it is for you, since I make every balisong myself and put a lot of love into each one. Unfortunately, I am unable to take responsibility for packages that get lost in the mail (or seized by customs). I offer a variety of shipping options which have different levels of pricing and reliability/risk, and it's up to you to choose what is best for you. I am unable to replace lost packages for free, since each product takes me a considerable amount of time and financial investment to make; I'm not a big Amazon company that manufactures their stuff overseas.     Warranty & Returns

    Warranty

    If part of the Zippy breaks within 1 year of purchase and it affects functionality, I will replace it for free. Contact me at zippybalisong@gmail.com

    In order to qualify for this policy, the issue must affect the function of the balisong. Normal wear and tear (including scratches and dings caused by repeated impact) is not covered by this warranty unless it affects the functionality of the balisong or I determine it to be the result of a manufacturing defect. In order to reduce cost for the customer, the Diode is not covered under the Zippy Warranty.

    Worn M2 x 0.4mm nylock nuts are consumables and should be replaced from time to time if you disassemble frequently--these are not covered by the warranty.

    Returns & Order Cancellation

    I do not accept returns or refunds. All orders are final. Packages that are delayed or lost in the mail are not my responsibility. Many of my products are made-to-order and by the time you contact me to cancel, I may have already begun working on your parts. I am a one-man operation and returns are far too time consuming and costly to deal with. I appreciate you supporting my small business.
